Residential website for a private community

Website design & development
01 — OVERVIEW
Barkhatny is a small private residential community near Vladivostok. Its visual identity mixes Japanese restraint with the landscape and nature of Russia's Far East.
The branding had already been developed before I joined the project. I worked on the website: structure, UX/UI, responsive layouts and development in Tilda.
The site needed to explain what makes the community different, show the available house types and make it easy to choose a property.
02 — BRAND TO WEB
The branding team had already created the logo, typography, colour palette and graphic elements.
My job was to make them work on the website.
I kept the visual character of the brand, but adapted it for long pages, different types of content and responsive layouts. The result feels consistent with the original identity without sacrificing readability or usability.
03 — FROM PLACE TO CHOICE
The first part of the website is mostly about the community itself: its atmosphere, location, architecture and infrastructure.
Then the content becomes more practical. Visitors can compare the three house types, see layouts, specifications and prices, and decide which option fits them better.
I wanted the site to give enough context before asking people to choose a house.
04 — INTERACTIVE PLOT MAP
The interactive masterplan is the main functional feature of the website. Visitors can click on available plots, see which house is located there and check the property details.
If they decide to send an enquiry, the selected plot is added to the form automatically. They don't have to remember its number or search for it again.
05 — DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
I designed the desktop and responsive layouts in Figma and built the website in Tilda.
The development included the interactive plot map, responsive behaviour and the logic that passes the selected property into the enquiry form.
06 — OUTCOME
The website was launched together with the residential project. Within roughly two months, six homes had been sold. Prices started from ₽14M.
The finished site gives potential buyers a clear overview of the community, helps them compare the houses and lets them choose a specific property before contacting the sales team.
